Sheryl Van Eck, MA, BSN, RN

Sheryl Van Eck is a population health specialist, bringing a wide range of expertise in nursing, process improvement, and population health analytics to ForestVue. Her clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient care in a variety of settings as well as care management in acute and ambulatory care. During process improvement work in a regional health system Clinical Quality department, she led teams to develop interventions that achieved the 99th percentile in national quality measures. Most recently she worked as a Clinical Specialist in a regional health plan analytics department. During the past five years her projects have focused on population health analytics in which she collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams to assess populations and to develop, implement, and evaluate interventions designed to improve their health. She facilitates TeamVue cohorts, sharing her knowledge, perspective and insights while assisting teams to learn the population health analytics process.
